Pricing Includes

We offer a comprehensive list of items in our initial quotation.  However, we can discuss how these options can be changed, eliminated or phased in over time.  Our goal is to offer you a well-rounded combination of sensible technologies up front.  From there, we can add or subtract any option you may desire.  This list describes our "Deluxe Package"

General Features

● Administration of manufacturers' warranties through the individual product warranty periods

Pool Shell Features

● Our pool shells are manufactured in one continuous piece with no seams, liners, paint, plaster or bolted-together parts.  This gives you the best structure, the easiest-to-maintain finish, and the best warranties available.  Our fiberglass shells hold up to clay soils, harsh winter weather, sanitizing chemicals and hot weather better than others.  Steps are included in every pool design at no additional cost and seating areas are integrated in many designs.
● One-piece fiberglass design with non-porous gelcoat finish and textured, skid-resistant horizontal surfaces
● Lifetime warranty from the pool shell manufacturer (10 years on Liberty pools)
● Main drain(s) with anti-vortex covers
● Eyeball fittings (2 or more) with adjustable flow direction
● Surface skimmer large strainer basket and self-adjusting weir
● Integrated stairs at the shallow end

Mechanical and Plumbing Components

● Our Hayward Pool Filtration equipment features reliability backed by limited 10-year warranties, high energy efficiency, low maintenance, and powerful water filtration
● Highest quality schedule 40, 2” supply lines and fittings
● Hayward 175 sq. ft. cartridge filter (no pumping water out of the pool to clean the filter)
● Energy efficient Hayward high-output 1.0 horsepower recirculation pump
● Overflow drain in skimmer
● Precast concrete equipment pads
● Winterizing plugs for each line running from equipment to pool
● 3-way valves with limited lifetime warranty

Fiber Optic Lighting System

Fiber optic lighting allows dramatic interior lighting of your pool without placing electrical wires under water. Our Fiberstars lighting package is a four-color system with an automatic color wheel that can rotate continuously, or stop at your favorite color.  It places all electrical components above ground level for easy maintenance.  Light is delivered to the pool using a 225-strand fiber optic cable and a wide-angle lens that projects the light in all directions upon reaching the inside of the pool.

Pool Decks

The decking on your pool is the most visible part of the poolscape.  We specialize in a variety of pool deck types including pavestones, decorative concrete and spray-textured surfaces.  Let us show you pictures or take you to one of our installations to see how we make pool decks the icing on the cake!  Our initial pricing includes 4 feet of broom finished gray concrete around the pool.  Our final pricing will include the exact cost for the unique design of your pool deck.  Cantilevered deck is included with the Deluxe package pricing, non-cantilevered deck is included in the Economy package pricing.
